Even this year, Falstaff organised an important thematic tasting format, the Falstaff Prosecco Trophy 2020, concentrating on the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. denomination. This tasting was carried out by the professional sommeliers Simon Staffler and Kiem Othmar, who evaluated the products by making a selection of the best wines.
Our Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. has been awarded with the following points:
RY EXTRA BRUT

EXTRA DRY
A sparkling wine produced with Glera grapes rigorously harvested and selected by hand, coming from the steepest slopes of the Valdobbiadene hills with the best exposure to sunshine. The particular geomorphological conformation of these hills, with their very steep slopes, the constant exposure to sunshine of the vineyards and a good temperature range between day and night, combined with the experience and professionalism of the winemaker allows us to produce high quality products.
The second fermentation occurs in autoclave for more than 60 days (twice of the minimum 30 days allowed) at controlled temperature and with selected yeasts, according to the Charmat Method. The careful and accurate production has always distinguished the DalDin products.
Come and visit us in our winery to taste the awarded Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. DalDin. 🥂🍾
