This vintage wine is a “long charmat”, produced with selected grapes from the Valdobbiadene hills. The 90-days second fermentation makes it creamy, fresh with floral crusty bread and yeast nuances. On the palate, it is dry, well-balanced and aromatic. It is excellent as aperitif, pairing with savory croutons, enhances and divinely accompanies a dalicate fish menu.
