Even this year, a tasting of sparkling wines under the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. denomination took place, which has our RY Extra Brut Zero Dosage and our Brut awarded.
Two sparkling wines produced with pure Glera grapes, coming from the hills, most favourably exposed to the sun, in the Cru area of Valdobbiadene. With a dry and decisive character, they are savoury and dry on the palate with a very fine and persistent perlage. They pair perfectly with shellfish, crustaceans and fine cheeses.
