Falstaff, the leading food and wine tourism magazine, awards the DAL DIN sparkling wines in the Sparkling Special tasting 2020.
Falstaff is an elegant magazine for bon vivants and a leader in the food and wine tourism sector in German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) that awarded our sparkling wines with high scores.
The constant demand for bubbles from consumers has led the Falstaff editorial staff to organize a tasting format to select the true excellence of sparkling wines produced with Charmat and Classic Method.
The tasting carried out by the professional sommeliers Simon Staffler and Othmar Kiem was attended by 700 sparkling wine labels from all over Europe. There has been a careful selection of the best wine-growing areas, the best winemakers and their excellence that led to award our sparkling wines with the following scores:
“Brilliant, bright silver, fresh to the nose, with scents of juicy lime, fresh coconut flakes, white flowers, elder. The palate is very well balanced, almost perfectly harmonized. Perlage, acidity and fruits are well present, dry, precise and long, as the Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG should be!”
